Develop full body awareness and help keep your body injury free by adding this open level stretch class to your workout routine. Developed by Wharton Performance this Active-Isolated Flexibility series is designed to increase flexibility across joints, promote injury prevention and proper alignment. A 10 minute introduction to the Active-Isolated Flexibility technique begins every class for new-comers, followed by 50 minutes of flexibility exercises. Class is instructed by world class tap dancer Andrew Nemr

Structure

Class begins with a 10 minute introduction to A-I Flexibility and is followed by 50 minutes of flexibility exercises.

What to Wear/What to Bring

Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a towel and water. Changing rooms are available for changing. You must bring your own mat to exercise on, as none are available at the facility.
